These terms apply to the Aero Mystic app (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these conditions.
Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, translation, or derivative work creation is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and related intellectual property remain with the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify features or pricing over time and will clearly communicate applicable charges.
Some features require internet access. The Service Provider is not responsible for availability issues caused by Wi-Fi or carrier limitations, data caps, roaming fees, or device battery/state.
The Application may use third-party services that have their own terms. You remain responsible for charges and permissions associated with your device and network usage.
The Application may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. You agree to install relevant updates when available to maintain compatibility.
If service is terminated, your rights to use the Application end and you must stop using it.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised terms. Effective date: 2024-08-01.
