This privacy policy is applicable to the Aero Mystic app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Aero Mystic (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application acquires information you provide when downloading and registering. Registration may be optional, but some features may require it. The Service Provider may use this information to send important notices and relevant updates.
In addition, certain information may be collected automatically, including device type, unique device ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, and usage information.
This Application does not gather precise real-time location data. Aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with third-party services to help improve the Application.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud, or to trusted service providers working on the Service Provider's behalf.
User-provided data is retained while you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected data may be retained for up to 24 months and then stored in aggregate.
The Application is not directed to children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted. Reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are used to protect data.
This policy may be updated over time. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of changes.
