We also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and log data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
If an authorized admin connects a TikTok account, we use TikTok Login Kit to request basic account information such as the account identifier, display name, and avatar. We use this only to identify the connected account and show which account is available for publishing.
If the TikTok Content Posting API is enabled, we use the permission granted by the connected account to upload selected videos, captions, and related publishing metadata to TikTok as directed inside the admin dashboard. We store access tokens, refresh tokens, expiration dates, selected scopes, publishing job records, and platform response identifiers so the connection and publishing workflow can function.
We do not sell TikTok data, use TikTok data for unrelated advertising profiles, or share TikTok account data with unrelated third parties. TikTok data is used only to provide the connected-account and publishing features requested by the authorized admin.
We use information to provide the website, process account and shop activity, publish and display content, operate creator/admin tools, send service messages, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve performance and reliability.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how releases, videos, pages, or tools perform. Aggregated information does not identify a specific person.
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, store data, process payments, send messages, analyze site performance, or support connected publishing. These providers are allowed to use information only to provide services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of account information. Authorized admins can disconnect social accounts, and we will delete or deactivate stored tokens when a connected account is removed.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including security, legal, operational, accounting, and backup needs. Publishing logs and platform identifiers may be retained to maintain release history unless deletion is requested or legally required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The website is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
