This Privacy Policy explains how Aero Mystic collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, creator tools, music and video release pages, merchandise shop, and connected social publishing features.
We may collect account information, profile information, contact details, messages you send to us, subscription or merchandise order information, and content you upload or manage through the website.
We also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and log data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
If you connect a TikTok account, we use TikTok Login Kit to request basic account information such as the account identifier, display name, and avatar. We use this to identify the connected account and show which account will receive content you choose to publish.
Creator Studio uses the TikTok Content Posting API to transmit videos, captions, privacy choices, interaction settings, and required content disclosures only after you preview the content and expressly approve publishing. We store protected access and refresh tokens, expiration dates, approved scopes, publishing records, and TikTok response identifiers so the connection and status workflow can function.
We do not sell TikTok data, use TikTok data for unrelated advertising profiles, or share TikTok account data with unrelated third parties. Each creator's connection, uploaded media, and publishing records are kept separate from other creators and used only to perform actions that creator requests.
We use information to provide the website, process account and shop activity, publish and display content, operate creator/admin tools, send service messages, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve performance and reliability.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how releases, videos, pages, or tools perform. Aggregated information does not identify a specific person.
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, store data, process payments, send messages, analyze site performance, or support connected publishing. These providers are allowed to use information only to provide services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Creator Studio provides a disconnect control that revokes the TikTok authorization when available and deletes the stored TikTok tokens. Deleting your Aero Mystic account also removes creator-owned connections and publishing records, subject to legal or backup retention requirements.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including security, legal, operational, accounting, and backup needs. Publishing logs and platform identifiers may be retained to maintain release history unless deletion is requested or legally required.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The website is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
